You will be working on equipment such as PCs, EPOS, office printers/photocopiers and other electrical and mechanical equipment
We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Engineer working in an industry that offers exceptional prospects, and have live vacancies within Woking, Guilford, Enfield Thetford and Middlesbrough.
What is The Role:
* Offering services for preventative maintenance Troubleshooting and repair of IT hardware
* Installation of various IT/Epos equipment
* Mobile device call progress/ software updating* Adherence to service level agreements to all customers
* Organisation of supplied tools and parts to 100% accuracy
* GreatCustomer Service skills
What are the Working Hours:
* Monday - Friday - core working hours 08:15am to 17:30pm
* Overtime x 1.5 weekends and x2 Sundays
What Experience is Required?
* Degree or relevant qualifications within IT or MechanicalEngineering
* 5 GCSE's grade 4 / C (or equivalent) which includes Maths, English
* Passion for Engineering/ a 'can do' attitude
* Flexible approach to work including occasional weekend and out of hours
* Must have a full UK Driving license with 3years driving experience
* Must be the age of 21 for insurance purposes
* Must be able to pass vetting (which will include acriminal history and credit check)

* £22,000- £24,000 per annum plus overtime

*20 days holiday - Holiday entitlement increases to 23 days after three years of service followed by an extra day per year of service up to max of 25 days.
