Our client, based in Cork city suburb (commutable by bus), requires an Electronics Test Technician Supervisor.
This Test Technician Supervisor job has come about due to internal promotion and increased production requirements.You will be joining an establish multinational company that offers a generous salary and benefits, which include 27 days holiday, medical for the family, pension, profit share and a subsidised canteen.

The Electronics Test technician supervisor reports to the Production Supervisor for the business unit.The top-level objectives:
1 Plan resources to meet targets
2 Monitor plan versus actual
3 Continually refine and optimise processes
To accomplish these objectives, the role works closely with roles across internal departments from Program Management, Test Engineering, Quality, HR and Value Stream Management as well as customers and their representatives as required.This is a leadership position with 10+ directly reporting staff.
* Do you have an Engineering qualification? Electronics or related?
* Do you have a strong knowledge of electronics - components and circuitry, test processes functional test, ESS, Shock and Vibration testing?
* Do you have a Lean qualification? This is advantageous.
If you have 5 years post engineering qualification experience working in a regulated production environment coupled with people management experience then this mightbe the job you have been waiting for!
