Our client a busy Life and Pensions Broker are seeking a QFA Qualified Office Manager to jointheir growing team. This role is based in Birr Co Offaly and offers hybrid working. It is a full time, permanent position.This is a busy role where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clients administrativeprocesses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the admin functions of the business and admin staff.
* Coordinate and manage email on an ongoing basis. Oversee Diary management/scheduling of appointments for the principal/Financial Advisor.
* Play an integral part in the processing and management of life insurance policies, pension and investment products.
* Ability to use clientrelationship management systems such as Wealthtrack
* Ability to pre-populate and send documents to clients for digital signature via docusign.
* Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues
*Liaising with insurance and pensions providers
* Assist in the preparation of suitability statements
* Collaborate with teammembers to ensure the timely and accurate completion of tasks
* Managing new business pipeline to ensure that insurance and pension products are issued promptly.
Requirements:
* QFA qualified
* Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an administrativerole, ideally in a Financial Brokerage or insurance provider.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
* Knowledge of life insurance and pension products is desirable
