* SME in Skype for Business - Customer Engineer
* £90 per hour. £720 per day PAYE - Inside IR35
* Initial contract until 30th June 2023 but 18 months available subject to performance
* Remote based rolewith some travel to customer sites around Cheltenham Area
Working for one of the biggest names in technology we have a fantastic opportunity to join them as a Skype for Business SME working as a Customer Engineer. This is a remote based role with some travel to customer sites which will mainly be around the Cheltenham Area.
To be considered for this role you MUST hold a valid SC clearance with at least 6 months until it expires. If this is not clearly shown on your CV you will not be shortlisted.

* Deep understanding in Skype for Business architecture* Deep troubleshooting skills with Skype for Business
* Experience with Lync 2013 and Skype for Business 2015/2019
* Design, administration and/or support experience with Lync/Skype for Business On-Premises
* Experience with Migrations to Teams and Voice and Microsoft meeting room
* Deep understanding in Teams voice architecture
* Deep troubleshooting skills with Teamsvoice and Media optimization
* Experience with upgrades between Lync/Skype for Business versions
* Skype for Business Online, Telephony (Inbound Voice Routing, Call Queues, Number porting), Unified Communications solutions that include VoIP, IM, real-time communications, UM, such as OCS/Lync/Skype for Business/Microsoft Teams, Jabber, Zoom, Cisco WebEx or related.
* Mobilityand Security Solutions in any of the following: Microsoft Intune; Autopilot, Desktop Analytics, Conditional Access, identity governance, Azure Active Directory (AAD), Microsoft Cloud App Security (MCAS); Advanced Threat Analytics; Defender for O365, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
