My client is a fast growing technology business that supports corporate and sme clients with thetop quality IT services, solutions and products. Their managed services teams are based in sites within Newark-On-Trent and they provide a focused range of hosted and cloud services through their extensive portfolio, designed to assist customers align their IT functions to their core business requirements.

My client is now recruiting for Technical Support Analysts to join theirbusy team based at their head office in Newark-On-Trent. Working within a small team, you will help maintain and provide the services of my client. You will be working on technical calls for all software and hardware related issues raised by customers ortheir in house remote management and monitoring solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, willhave good communication skills and be prepared to work a rolling shift pattern - 7am-7pm 4 on 4 off (Days/Nights Rotating)

Key Responsibilities:

* To provide monitoring and support to all of bespoke MS hosted environments.
* To help resolve issues raised by customers and internal users to the SLA updated on their ticketing system.
* The implementation, configuration andmaintenance of network devices, physical hardware and virtual machines.
* Installing and removing infrastructure hardware across multiple data centres.

Essential Skills:

* A minimum of one year within a dedicated IT department
* To be able to work to tight deadlines and manage priorities
* An understanding of Visualisation and backup technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Veeam).
* Experience of working to ITIL, Ideally hold a foundation certificate.
* Excellent communication skills both oral andwritten.
* Must be able to work in a team or on your own.
