THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnered with a well-established Accountancy Practice, based in Accrington
They're looking to hire an experienced Assistant Accountant / Client Accountant to join a busy Accountancy Practice of 20, dealing with a portfolio of clients and assisting the Accounts Manager & Practice Manager run the day to day duties of the Practice.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Data entry, Invoices& management of Suppliers billing/invoice
* Bank & Credit Card reconciliations
* Monitoring customer accounts: debtmanagement & credit control
* Prepare Year End Accounts / Quarterly VAT returns
* Assist in the production of monthly accounts and reports including fixed assets register, aged creditors, balance sheet, P&L
KEY EXPERIENCE:
* AAT Qualified / ACA OR ACCA Part Qualified
* Competent with MS Excel
* Xero, Sage or QuickBooks Accountancy Software (advantageous)
*3 year's Experience in working in an Accountancy Practice
