* Product Manager - Insurance Protection Plan
* Up to £76,700 per annum
* Initial 6-month contract but could extend for a total of 18 months
* Hybrid role working in Reading 1-2 days per week
Working for a global billion-dollar technology company we are looking for someone who can project manage and manage partner deliverablesin the field, educating and working hands on with partners. The Protection Plan Readiness Lead will be responsible for protection plan product launches, updates, compliance effectively enabling internal stakeholders and the partners to offer the products while ensuring outstanding customer and partner experience.
The company is revisioning how to go-to-market for the protection plan products and is looking for a Protection Plan Readiness Lead to drive this effort by supporting Partners and Distributors.
This is a unique role that needs to evolve and transform the way the company operates in the protection plan space.The role will work across the company and partner ecosystem to rethink, reimagine and lead into a new world where the customercare provided by the Protection Plans is best in class.
Key accountabilities:
* Maintain training content on Protection Plan products, policies, administration, and provisioning of policy, and how to compliantly sell protection plans.
* Management of Policy compliance attestations leading to Price List publications.
* Educate partners on policy, compliance, compliance monitoring, and accountabilities.
* Manage monitoring results, remediation and corrective actions with Partners.
* Maintain Partner contact list with PDM (Partner Development Manager) Community.
* Manage complex communication matrix across both seller and Partner communities.
* Provide input, expertise, and customer feedback to support the continued evolution of Field and Partner communication and education for both short- and long-term dynamic products and programs.
* Work effectively with large cross-functional team, representing protection plan products with channel partners, subsidiary business leaders and team, and Corporation business leaders and teams.
* Present customer and product insights and recommendations to product owners and leadership teams to increase value and substantially grow the business
* Leverage market research, field insights, and competitive data to inform our product vision.
* Document and maintain processes necessary to manage the business.

This person must be passionate about driving positive customer satisfaction outcomes, have strong business acumen and experience in process, project and operations management, understand the devices hardware industry and be highly motivated and action orientated.
Required Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience within Warranties, Insurance, Protection Products. Ideally (not essential), holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant subject.
* Competency in cross group collaboration, analytical and strategic thinking.
* Strongwritten, presentation, and verbal communications.
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and leaders.
* Operations field and equivalent work experience.
* Proven ability to lead people and execute product programmes effectively.
* Strong ability to identify and overcome business challenges.
* Experience of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
*PMI Certification and/or Lean Six Sigma Certification a plus.
