Business Administrator
We are looking for a Business Administrator to helpsupport the launch of a new project, aimed at attracting applicants for immediate career opportunities in the Adult Care Sector.The role is based in Swindon on a fixed term contract basis.
It's a hugely important role, which requires excellent administration and systems experience plus the ability to handle and process data from a wide range of sources. You will be able to evidence proven working knowledge of Windows based software, including outlook, word, excel and power point.
Main responsibilities will include the liaison with applicants regarding their CV, exploring reasons for leaving previous jobs sharing training andeducational choices such as Apprenticeship schemes and additional government employment incentives. This part of the job requirement will involve both telephone, written and face-to-face communication skills, therefore you must be confident with some previous experience gained in either a customer services or administrative support role.
You will be responsible for the collationof data and retaining accurate and compliant excel spreadsheets, assisting with project marketing campaigns, helping to createand place job advertisements and all general administration to include producing letters, compiling emails and general office filing.
Working Monday to Friday 08.30am - 16.30pm
