On behalfof my client, based just outside Cork City, I am recruiting for a HR Administrator.

The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in providing support to the Human Resources team, overseeing operations for a workforce of over 160 employees in Ireland.This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic and diverse work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other team members.
* Assist in the entire recruitment cycle, from on boarding to the cessation of employment.
* Support the HR team in performance management and Learning &Development initiatives.
* Maintain the HRM system by updating employee changes, time and attendance records.
* Coordinateinternational travel arrangements for the General Manager and HR Manager.
* Reconcile travel invoices and associated request forms.
* Manage departmental stationary requirements and reconcile invoices.
* Update HR noticeboards with relevant information, including internal job adverts and new hire details.
* Book off-site meetings, accommodations, etc., for the Management Team.
* Handle visitor requirements, such as accommodations and transportation.
* Act as a front-of-house host to greet visitors and contractors, providing access badges as needed.
* Create and manage both hard and soft copy employee files.
* Assistin producing welcome packs for new hires.
* Coordinate on-site wellness days and Occupational health appointments.
* Potentially backfill for weekly payroll during the Administrator's absence (training provided).
* Assist in collecting timesheets forweekly and monthly payroll.
* Compile and circulate the Site Newsletter.
* Contribute to the service anniversary awards program, including certificate preparation and arranging the annual lunch.
* Update the Org Chart with personnel changes.
* Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required by the team.

Preferable Qualifications and Skills:

* Positive and friendlydisposition
* Discretion and confidentiality
* Knowledge of Sage payroll.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Proactiveapproach to problem-solving.
* IT skills.
* Workday experience would be advantageous.
