General day to day management skills for direct & indirect line reportes
Key areas that need attention as the Head of Engineering
Fabrication is a significant area of improvements on siteMinimize production downtime through continuous improvement and machine optimisation
Modernization of production machinery and infrastructure
Manage increased efficiency of site utilities, specifically Refrigeration, Ammonia distribution.
Proactively manage ongoing contingency plans with a fast paced pressurised environment
