Upon joining us as aSenior Recruitment Consultant, we'll agree with you a personalised development plan with ongoing training, coaching and supportto enable you to progress quickly with the business, and take advantage of our rewarding commission structure which pays up to 30%. (we've seen 10k + comms in one month)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR...
* You'll need current experience of working within a recruitment agency in either a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant position
* Be able to demonstrate that you've got a proven billing track record and a clear personal drive & ambition to be a highly successful, top earning recruiter
*Open minded to specialising in one of the following areas of permanent recruitment; Insurance, Sales, Marketing, Accounts &Finance, IT or Business Support
