THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is exclusively recruiting on behalf of one of our clients based in the heart of Hertfordshire, that have been providing IT solutions forover 30 years. As part of their strategic growth plans, they are now looking to add an experienced Senior Software Developer tothe existing team.
As a Senior Software Developer, you will work on delivering enterprise levels applications, systems, toolsand websites to wide user base. Alongside this you will develop new and exciting tools to drive the commercial side of the business.
This position would be best suited to a seasoned Senior Software Developer with interests in all areas of Software Development. You will also be someone who wants the opportunity to be exposed to a wide range of the latest tools and platforms.RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage escalations with problem logs and identify recurring problems & solutions.
* Drive thedevelopment of business and technical process documentation and training materials
* Support and develop other web developersby providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities
* Develop, implement and maintain environment, configuration andchange management policies and procedures and ensure adherence
* Understand value of cloud-based solutions, serve as a technical expert and share your unique perspectives based on a combination of industry best practices, technical knowledge, past experience and personal research
* Design and develop user interfaces to Internet applications
THE PERSON:
The idealcandidate for the Senior Software Developer role will have the following skills and experience:
* Previous hands-on experience as a Senior Software Developer
