THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnered with a well-established Air Conditioning manufacturer in Derby. They're looking to grow theirFinance team with the addition of a Part Time Bookkeeper
The Part Time Bookkeeper / Assistant Accountant will be joining a team of three. The Assistant Accountant / Bookkeeper will be involved in entire Accounts process, including Month End / Year Endand Statutory Accounts
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Assisting with a variety of day-to-day financial operations and basic bookkeeping.
* Provide administrative support to the team and work closely with individuals across the business.
* HMRC Compliance Reporting
* Preparation of accounts to trial balance
* Journals
* Pre-payments & accruals
* Preparation of VAT returns and submissions
* Month End Management Accounts Packs
* Statutory Accounts
* Balance Sheet Reconciliations
KEY EXPERIENCE:
* AAT Qualified or Equivalent
* Competent with MS Excel
* Sage Accountancy Software
* 2 year's experience ina similar role
