Description:
On Behalf of our client in Oldcastle Co. Meath we are currently looking for full-time (8am to 5pm) Admin Support to join their busy team.
The Role:
* Working closely with management team on day-to-day basis
* Processing invoices and schedules
* General administrative duties including answering phones and dealing with customer queries
* Monitor orders and update schedules as needed
* Report any issues that may arise
* Ad-hoc documentation and data processing including CRM records* Working under tight time schedule with ability to prioritise tasks
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Good customer service experience
* Great Attention to Detail
* Previous experience in similar role
* Strong IT skills including typing, organising
* Ability to prioritise workload, and independently manage multiple tasks
* Good team playerThis is a temporary full-time position on week-to-week basis.
