Get Recruited are currently working with an ambitious and growing business based in Croydon who are looking for a Sales Consultant to join their highly successful and expanding team! Due tointernal promotions, they are looking for an individual with experience in sales, customer service, account management, installations, window installations, construction, design or similar to grow and progress with them!
As the Sales Consultant you willbe handling queries from clients, processing quotations, creating designs and following up on enquires. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a technical / engineering / construction based background who is looking to join a reputable and expanding business with excellent benefits. Over time, you will have the opportunity to progress into project management and many other areas of the business!
THE ROLE:
* Handling and responding to inbound enquiries from clients
* Understandingeach individual clients needs, using excellent product knowledge to advise them accordingly
* Providing accurate and detailedquotations
* Using CAD to create designs for clients
* Follow up on enquiries and quotations
* Utilising data on current CRM system to identify historic and current clients with additional opportunities
* Offering a consultative approach when speaking with senior decision makers, introducing the services and products on offer
* Handling objections
* Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
THE PERSON:
* Experience within a sales consultant / sales coordination / sales administration / account management / sales / telesales / account management / call centre / customer service / customer facing role is essential
* A technical / engineering / construction based background
* Excellent telephone manner and confident to liaise withSenior decision makers and business owners
* Resilient and self-motivated
* Strong IT and organisational skills
* Desire to progress your career within sales
* Full UK Driving licence
