Creative Production Manager, London Hybrid working, £50k-£60k per year plus Benefits
Job Description
My client is on the look out for a Project Manager with a production background encompassing Digital and Social Content, CRM, ATL, OOH, towork in my clients hub, You will be an integral part of a small team working in a fast-paced, busy collaborative environment.You will be responsible for overseeing production through to delivery, working- hand in hand with the account management teamsto ensure everything is delivered on time, in budget and to a high standard.
The right candidate will confidently manage expectations and deadlines, will have a level head, be confident to speak with tact and diplomacy to mediate team members across allareas of the business and will be a safe pair of hands running productions and delivery.
Experience
* 4 to 5 years+ in agency or onsite facility.
* Experience managing production and delivering large campaigns across ATL, OOH, Digital and Social.* Technical competence and understanding of HTML5, HTML and CSS.
* Experience in working with different management tools (eg. JIRA, Trello etc) as well as a content management system
* Experience of DCO technology a bonus
* Exceptional verbal, written communication and presentation skills
* Client facing
* Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Responsibilities of the role
* Be confident in running the production element of campaigns through to delivery.
* Managing traffic and deliveryof full campaign asset through to adaptation and market localization.
* Managing digital briefs of rich and standard banners,website article pages and/or email builds authored using existing templates
* Managing production of moving image content through our production network
* Manage fast turnaround projects to quality, time and budget
* Prepare production estimates, production plans/schedules and manage budgets with full reconciliations
* Being the key point of contact for any technical knowledge regarding production across Digital and social.
* Ensure all relevant stakeholders are fully aware of key status and timings at all times and chase individuals in a timely manor
* Responsible for liaising with our production network to ensure theyreceive all production deliverables in a timely manor
* Key point of contact for production teams across the client network,being on hand to answer questions regarding centrally produced assets
* Familiar with Agency turn-around times and ways of working - good understanding of the dynamics of agency processes and works well within these parameters
* Motivate and encouragethe team so that together you strive to achieve client satisfaction in all you do.
* Challenge current ways of working/processes to continually make improvements to account.
