We are exclusively recruiting for as prestigious venue who has seen a significant upturn in business since the reopening with a full schedule of events running at the Venue all the way into 2022/2023.

Due to demand, they're now seeking to enhance their team and recruit an experienced Restaurant Manager This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced professional who is keen to join a business thathas a track record in creating a real wow factor for their guests.
THE RESTAURANT MANAGER ROLE OVERVIEW
* As the Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations management of the department
* Leading, motivating, recruiting, training the team
* Conducting 121 meetings and team meetings
* Implementing staff rotas and ensuring appropriate staff levels are always available
* Responsible for monitoring cost control, budgets, and maximising sales opportunities
* Ensuringa first-class service is delivered to customers
* Identify and make recommendations to the Hotel General Manager where priceincreases can be implemented.
* Maintain budget and employee records, prepare payroll, and pay bills, or monitor bookkeeping records.
* Order supplies such as tableware, cooking utensils, and cleaning items.
* Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.
* Assist in planning regular and special event Menu.
* Controlling costs, monitoring stock &wastage, achieving gross profit targets.
* Adhering to all Health and Safety rules and procedures, ensuring audits are carried out and documented in line with company policy.
* Analysing guests' comments, feedback, online reviews and sharing them withthe team. Taking responsibility for constructive/negative feedback, turning around any complaints and protecting the business'sreputation.
THE PERSON:
* Must have experience in a similar Restaurant Manager position
* Experience of people leadership, a track record of motivating and improving standards
* Ideally have experience in a 4 star + venue
* Excellent customerservices skills
