About the role:
As a Healthcare Assistant you will work as part of a team providing physical, emotional, spiritual and social support. You will continually promote independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care.
Supporting people with personal care such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals. Completing current and appropriate documentation which includes daily record keeping, charts and care plans.
What we require from you:
Ideally you will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a care environment in either a care home, or as a home care worker.
As a Healthcare Assistant you'll have a desire to work in elderly and dementia care. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be kind, reliable, empathic and recognise thatthe needs of each person we care for is individual.

From 11 November 21, as a result of new legislation, anyone over the age of 18 who enters a Care Home as part of their job must have had both doses of a COVID-19 vaccination or hold a valid medical exemption.
As part of our pre-employment process we will therefore ask you to provide:
*proof of your vaccination status via the NHS Covid Pass (either electronically or via the PDF)
* A signed copy of the temporary medical exemption form
