* Day Rate - £85 a day for Labourer - £95 a day for Driver - Bonus system in place where they will be paid an extra £50 if they do 2 sites in aday.
* Working Hours will vary - People tend to do 5 hours a day on average but can sometimes pull longer shifts when needed* Duration of Job - This is a Permanent job - Workers can be paid CIS (self employed) as will be working direct for the client.
* Also receive £0.25p for every mile driven from client.
