MANCHESTER

Get Recruited are currently supporting a rapidly expanding business based in Manchester who are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join their growing team.
As the Quality Assurance Officer you will have full autonomy over the QA and work closely with all department heads in the business to ensure quality standards are upheld, conduct audits andwork to ISO9001. THE ROLE:
* Developing and implementing processes and procedures across all departments in the business to ensure service delivery and internal controls meet the quality standards
* Ensuring these processes are followed consistently and working with line managers to improve culture around this
* Identify areas of improvement across business performance and quality
* Working closely with managers to recommend changes and upskill colleagues
* Developing a programme for internal audits that cover all business areas and service delivery
* Liaising with ISO and ensuring the ISO9001 accreditation is retained
* Maintain and develop the legal and compliance register
* Supporting the Procurement team with tenders
* Assisting with various projects
* Ensure company wide compliance with health & Safety and industry regulations
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience within a Quality Assurance Officer / Quality Assurance Technician / Quality Assurance Manager / Q&A Manager / Q&A Officer or similar role
* Excellent knowledge of ISO9001 accreditation
* Excellent ITskills
* Confident to communicate with colleagues at all levels
