Concept Resourcing are looking for a HR Manager (Band 7) to join an NHS client based in London.
This is an initial 4 week contract with a possible extension. The position will be INSIDE IR35 with day rates up to £225.00 per day.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;
* Previous Central Government or Public Sector experience would be desirable.
* Must have extensive experience of supporting complex and sensitive disciplinary investigations in the NHS
* The role would be fully focusedon supporting the investigator with a highly sensitive investigation - it would involve hands-on investigation support
* Advising the investigator about best practice in disciplinary investigations in line with employment law and Trust policy
* Arranging, planning and facilitating investigation meetings
* Attending investigation meetings and taking comprehensive notes
* Extensive support in drafting high quality investigation reports
* Supporting the investigator to prepare for disciplinary hearings if required
* Attending disciplinary hearings to support the investigator
