A leading midlands based contractor is looking to recruit a Site Manager for a Portlaoise based role. The ideal candidate will be able to manage and directstaff on a multi million euro build. The role is suited to Laois, Carlow, Kildare, Tipperary or Offaly based staff who wish to work on a large build project in Portlaoise.
The role is best suited to candidate who meet the following criteria:
* Degree or Trade qualified staff
* Able to manage and lead staff on site
* Background in construction/carpentry or a related field* Has worked on projects in excess of 15m
* Has worked alongside state run organisations in the past
* Can read and interpret drawings
* Able to provide solutions to onsite delivery and offsite design issues
* Full Driving licence
* Safe Pass* Manual Handling
* Expert level knowledge of BCAR
