An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Travel Consultant, to join a reputable independent Tour Operator based in North Londonwho specialising in the Med and Beyond.
As a Travel Consultant you will be taking calls from the public and travel agents, selling holidays to beautiful parts of the world.

DUTIES:
* You will be responsible for buildingpackage holidays from quote to booking stage (including flights, accommodation, transfers) including bespoke island-hopping itineraries.
* Managing inbound calls, emails and chasing quotes.
* Servicing both direct customers and travel agents.
* Ensuring the correct business rules are applied according to the type of booking.
* Liaise with external suppliers for additionalinventory / special requests.
* Providing exceptional customer service when answering telephone calls and email enquiries, with a confident and professional manner.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Experience working within the travel industry.
* Exceptional customer service.
* Knowledge of overseas geographical regions.
* Strong team player.
* Positive approach and attitude.
* Demonstrate strong customer focus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced role.
* Proven ability of use of initiative.

THE PACKAGE:
* A competitive starting salary of £21,000 + uncapped commission
* Working shifts between Monday - Sunday: 9:00 - 20:00
