FRS Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator on behalf of a leading Agribusiness in South Carlow. This is a full-time permanent post based outside Bagnelstown.
This is a newly created role to cater for the growing demands of an expanding business, you will join an established team and receive ongoing training.
This role will be office based Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.00. Upon successful completion of 6 month probation there will be an optionto work from home 1 days per week.
The position involves service customer support with the efficient running of the office and warehouse.
Duties to include
* Respond to customer enquiries and provide support either over the phone and at the office
* Input information, data and records on our CRM database
* Customer Invoicing & Payment
* Supporting the warehouse with order processing
* Customer and engineer follow ups.
* Support the sale orders team, processing orders and customer communication
* Provide general administrative support to management or other team members.
* Assist in creating efficiency and compliance in all office operations
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
* A knowledge of farm orfarm machinery is desirable but not a requirement.
* A high level of motivation & enthusiasm is a requirement and to be able to work on one's own initiative
* Small amount travel requirements when travelling to team meetings and training.
Experience required
* 1-2 years previous Administration experience.
* A farming background an advantage but not essential
* Strong IT skills with experience in MS Outlook & Excel
* Ability to prioritise work
