ROLE : Installation Engineer
LOCATION : North West - Manchester
As a valued engineer, you will be an integral part of the Installation Team and contribute to its continued success. This is a fast paced, constantly changing role which involves working outside of standard hours, mainly night working, extensive driving and working away from home. Full product and H&S training will, of course, be given. You will be working on caballing and the hardware installon various projects at some of the most well-known Tier one retailers.
About you:
· Ideally you will have come from a similar background in EPoS or a background such as telecoms / aerial / satellite / construction
· Experience of installing equipment/products into a retail environment would be an advantage (with IP configuration experience which is sometimes required)
·Be currently CSCS and IPAF certified
· Have experience of data cabling, containment including tray, with CAT5 and/or CAT6 cable experience
· Competent in using Excel spreadsheets and IT literate
· Hold a Full UK driving licence
· Professional workethic with excellent customer care and communication skills
· The ability to adhere to time scales and resolve unexpected site issues
· A willingness to learn new products and skills
· Work well under pressure
