THE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT / SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is an award-winning recruitmentconsultancy located in modern Manchester City Centre offices (very close to St Peters Square). We've got an impressive portfolio of clients from fast paced VC-Backed Start Up's right through to Large International organisations.
It's an exciting time to join the business and due to our unique approach to the market, business is booming. As a result, we're looking to hire experienced Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultants to join us in the following divisions:
* IT Recruitment
* Sales Recruitment
* Marketing Recruitment
* Accounts & Finance Recruitment
* Insurance Recruitment
* Commercial Recruitment
We've invested a fortune into our general marketing activities and our very own marketing automation platform that generates good volumes of high-quality leads and enquiries from leading businesses with fill-able positions. Our proven methodology will enable you to bill between 150k and 300k+ per annum in recruitment fees. By achieving these results then you'll earn waymore than the above very modest 54k OTE!
Successful candidates can expect to see a progressive increase in their earning potential, we've regularly seen our people earn over 10k in commission on ONE MONTH! We want our people to significantly exceed theabove OTE and we will give you more support than your current employer does to achieve this level of commission.

THE PERSON:
We're looking talented Recruitment Consultants / Senior Recruitment Consultants to join the team, to be considered for the roles, you'll need the following experience and qualities;
* An experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant
* Ideally with experience in the above verticals, however, we are open to considering candidates from any area of professional recruitment
* Confident natural communicator with exceptional listening skills
* Able to build instant relationships with people and show genuine interest
* Positive and forward-thinking attitude with a desire to succeed
* Self-motivated individual who is wants to learn and build a rewarding career in recruitment
* Confident around technology and able to pick up systems really quickly
