HOME BASED

We're supporting an industry leading business that provides cleaning solutions to a variety of business sectors right across the UK. They're on a fast growth trajectory and this role is perfect for a career driven sales professional who is looking for an opportunity as a Business Development Manager within a highly successful business.

Up to £30k Base, Company Car, Uncapped Commission, Phone, Laptop, Home Based Role
THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ROLE:
* Working as a Business Development Manager, reporting to the Sales Director
* Responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing accounts
* Handling new enquiries, fact finding and understanding the client's needs* Building relationships with clients, both new and existing
* Meeting clients face to face and via video
* Work with ouraccount management teams to identify new opportunities
* Report and document enquiries via the internal CRM system
* Manageproject opportunities
* Negotiating contracts with clients
* Sales forecasting and closing business
THE PERSON:
* Anindividual who is an experienced sales professional who is either Desk based Account Manager / Sales Executive position lookingto move into a field-based position or an already experienced field-based Business Development Manager
* Experience in selling commercial cleaning solutions of similar solutions to facilities managers
* Commercially minded individual who has a consultative selling style
* Great communicator who is able to build relationships at all levels
* Highly computer literate
* Driven and hungry to succeed within a fast-paced business with large deal values
* Full driving licence
