THE OPPORTUNITY:A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an Award Winning & Industry Leading business located in the Manchester as a Sales & Marketing Manager. This long established business have an exceptional reputation in the market for delivering high quality products and solutions to businesses nationwide.
To complement their growth plans, they're seeking an experienced Sales& Marketing Manager who has a track record in new business sales to join their expanding Sales and Marketing team. If you are from a Business Development / Field Based / New Business / Sales Executive / Telesales / Desk Based Sales role with a strong knowledge of Marketing, this is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed!
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER POSITION OVERVIEW* Working with the Marketing team to build a business development strategy
* Growing the sales pipeline with the acquisition of new clients
* Handling the full sales cycle from initial lead through to closing deals
* Booking meetings with clients both over video and face to face (when appropriate)
* Taking a consultative approach to understanding customers needs and sellingappropriate solutions
* Providing quotations and closing deals
* Cross selling and up selling additional products and services
* Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
* Raising the profile of the business in your own network and by attending industry events
* Keeping up to date with market changes, new products and competitor analysis
THE PERSON:
* Current experience as Business Development Manager / Field Sales / Sales Executive / Telesales Executive / Sales Manager
* Proven track record within new business
* Excellent knowledge of marketing and online client acquisition
* Full Driving Licence & Own Car is essential
* Ambitious individual who wants to be part of a rapidly expanding business
* Excellentcommunicator both over the phone and face to face
