FRS Recruitment on behalf of fantastic client is looking to recruitfor the position of Payroll Administrator in Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan.
This role is initially a 3 month Temp contract, but could lead to long term employment.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting current financial team with day-to-day task
* Overseeing timesheets and expenses for all employees
* Management of Time Management System
* Managing accounts emails and telephone queries
* Assisting team with preparation of invoices
* Input of all purchases and sales accurately to financial systems
Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
* Good It skills including working withSage 50 and Microsoft Excel
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work in busy environment
* Flexibility and excellent communication skills
