If Office installation failed, the title bar of your Office programs will display Unlicensed Product or Non-commercial use, and most Office functionality will be blocked. If Office prompts you to log in, use the same account that you used to purchase Office. you use the wrong address, you’ll get the message “We couldn’t find any Office products.” If you have a Microsoft Office membership, double-check that it is still valid. Then you let your subscription lapse, you will lose accessibility to your Office products. If you cancel your membership, you’ll see a message reading “We couldn’t find any Office product.” To recover access, you’ll need to renew your Office 365 membership.
