Our Tier One Executive Search client is looking for an Associate to join their Investment Banking team in London.As an Associate the successful hire will play an important role in executing mandates by identifying, attracting and developing candidates. They will validate and assess the candidates business experiences and professional competencies to qualify them for the clients consideration. The hire will be encouraged to participate in client meetings and will be responsible for all research.
The ideal candidate will have strong academics, intellectual curiosity, excellent communication and advisory skills, they will have between 1 and 5 years of high performance business or executive search experience, 2 of which focusing on investmentbanking. The hire will be able to display exceptional relationship building skills as well as project management skills.
Compared to other leading search firms, this client promotes associates quickly, as an Associate in this firm the hire should expect to be a Senior Associate within 2 years but you will be encouraged to progress as soon as it has been displayed that you can handle it,; last year, in the London office alone, this firm promoted 5 Senior Associates to Consultant.
