My internationally recognised client is a specialist in the Corporate Communications, PR, Internal and External communications and Marketing spaces and one of the largest Internal Communication recruiters in the UK. They are looking for a Billing Manager to lead their very busy marketing team who have lots of clients and are on a lot of PSLs.
This person will come in initially as a Billing Manager on the Marketing team and help develop the current staff but eventually they want this to be ateam of 20 so this person will be involved in spearheading the doubling in size of an already well established and secure business. They are looking for someone who can motivate the team to increase their average billings per head. This candidate must havea strong track record of billing, they will consider any sector background if the candidate has a track record of billing 200k+consistently.
The Marketing team has masses of businesses they can leverage from the Comms side of the business. A real mixbag of clients from tier one banks through to huge multinational consumer brands and this hire can go at all of it. Another added advantage is average age is 40 years so when you are accompanying people on meetings you will always be with very experiencedpeople who are all networked and knowledgeable. No micro management as most Consultants true experts in their fields so can be left to work alone.
