FRS Recruitment has partnered with he leading Food Manufacture seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager : Essential: 5 yrs experience of Sales and Business Development within FMCG.
Business Development Manager (FMCG)
* Work alongside the Head of Sales and Marketing to maximise sales growth across all channels.
* Catalysing growth by targeting new business opportunities within assigned customer base & introducing new strategic growth partners with clear direction for growth.
* Championing communication and ensuring all opportunities are explored and managed through to sales conversion
* Deliver targeted revenue and margin for assigned customers in ensuring the budget is achieved
* Actively explore new customers to strategically partner with for further growth
* Build & manage project pipelines with allocated customers presenting key targeted projects resulting in a measured conversion to sales hit rate
Business Development Manager (FMCG) Qualifications/ Experience/ Skills:
* Third level education is desirable, Minimum 5 years' experience of sales/business management
* Commercially astute, Organised and structured
