My client is a medium sized, boutique interim management, consultancy and retained executive search firm. Due to continued success and growth they are looking for a Search Consultant or Director to join their Finance team.
This rolewill focus on CFO roles, FD and other Heads of and Director level roles for businesses who are going through a transformationalstage of their business cycle. This is a very successful business with Interims annual average GP/head is over £700k and the Search annual average GP/head is £400k!
The ideal candidate will be a team player who is personable and enjoys working in a collaborative and collegiate environment, they will have over 5 years experience as a search professional and will appreciate the value of brand loyalty, they will have a strong billing record and will want to continue their success and earn more.
