My client is a boutique retained executive search firm who are leading specialists in all Consumer facing industries. They are slightly a quirky bunch and far from a corporate machine, they are looking for a Senior Researcher to join their nurturing and non-political Digital and Tech team.
As a Senior Researcher you will enjoy a good amount of responsibilityand exposure and will be expected to work autonomously, although you will work independently, this client has a great mentoringscheme where the successful candidate will get lots of training and development and proximity to partners, they are keen to progress employees along the clear career path within the business.
This business is a very reputable firm who have an enviable client list and often go into pitches against top tier firms and win, 90% of their business comes from referrals or meaningful longstanding relationships. My client focus on retained mandates above £150k within the Consumer space ranging from Consumer Products, Fashion, Retail and Luxury through to Retail FS as well as functional roles within a range of clients.
The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience within a retained environment, preferably with a focus on a Consumer facing industry, they will have strong academics but most importantly have a team orientated outlook and personality.
