Key Accounts Sales Executive
Beauty/Skincare (Nationwide Travel)
FRS Recruitment has partnered with a leading Skincare Manufacturerseeking to recruit a skilled Key Accounts Sales Executive. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key retail customer relationships nationwide, as well as meeting with Senior Buyers in head offices. Candidates must have field salesand account management experience, and be able to travel nationwide with a strong interest in the beauty/skincare industry.Responsibilities: Key Accounts Sales Executive
* Develop and expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
* Implement a quarterly cycle to engage/visit Retail Key Accounts and present the company Marketing and Retail Support Plan.
* Serve as the link of communication between retail key customers and internal teams.
* Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
* Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
* Ensure all KPIs are achieved.
Experience: Key Accounts Sales Executive
* Proven and demonstrated experience in field sales and key accounts with a clear understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
* Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
* Highly organizational skills include visit planning, reporting analysis, meeting schedules, quarterly presentations, marketing calendars,s and events.
* Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Full Driver's License and clean driving record.
