Learning and Development Advisor is required for a leading FMCG company who an amazing site in the Halifax area who are hometo some of the World's best loved brands. We are looking for an experienced learning and development professional who will support the delivery of all L&D initiative for the UK&I region.
Reporting to the Learning and Development Business Partner this Learning & Development Advisor will work across corporate UK and Ireland which will involve some travel and overnight stays.
The successful Learning and Development Advisor will have:
* Experience in the design, delivery and administration of training - including Leadership Development, classroom delivery and via Teams
* Team facilitation experience
* LMS (Leaning Management Systems)
* Strong communication and attention to detail
* Training need analysis experience
* IT literate- Office 365
In reward you will be offered a salary dependant on experience up to £36,000 p.a. plus a bonus and private medical - plus lots of lovely blue-chip benefits.
As Learning and Development Advisor you will:
* Support with the L&D budget spend.
* Conduct evaluation to illustrate ROI and business benefit.
* Conduct training needs analysis on individual, team and functional level.
* Support with the implementation of the annual L&D plan for the region.
* Partner with leadership teams on their L&D agenda.
* Identify, design, deliver and track training either internally or using external partners.
* Review, improve and deliver elements of UK&I induction and onboarding processes.
* Ensure all training process and policies are relevant, documented and maintained.
We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Advisor who showsstability on their CV and who has proven experience at this level ideally gained within a FMCG industry.
