Our client, based 1 hour south of Cork City (Bandon, Skibereen, Clonakilty, Bantry) seeks a Food Science Graduate who has a PASSION & FLAIR for food creation! NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT TECHNOLOGIST.

Your duties will include:
* Carry out in-house and external trials as directed by the NPD Technical Manager
*Development of new product ranges
* Documentation of all trial and sample information
* Liaise with suppliers in terms of information and samples
* Preparing samples to be sent for dispatch to customers
* Conducting ongoing sensory analysis of NPDproducts as required
* Ensuring product is reflective of Spec Completion
