My client is a global boutique international executive search firm. They are seeking a Principal Consultant or Partner to join their Industry/Automotive practice to deliver or originate business across the UK, EMEA or the Americas, this hire can sit in any of their European offices.
My client works with some impressive names in Industry / Automotive across these geographies, ranging from international, stock exchange listed corporations and private equity portfolio companies to SMEs and family run businesses. They have an excellent name in continental Europe and receive over 150 search requests a year, 50% of which are international.
They are genuine competitors of tier one executive search firms and have a track record of beatingthe likes of Heidricks on pitches. They are looking for a Principal Consultant or Partner who can originate/deliver business and leverage the momentum of their continued success within the Industry space.
The successful hire will be a senior searchprofessional with a minimum of 7 years' experience within a retained environment. They must have a strong history of billing andbusiness development within executive search. This is a very transparent firm with an impressive management team. Remunerationcan be in the form of salary, dividends or commission only.
