We're seeking a highlyskilled Production Shift Leader with knowledge of BRC (British Retail Consortium) standards to lead our food manufacturing operations.
* Manage and oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met while adhering to BRC guidelines.
* Lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Implement training and development programs to enhance team members' skills and career growth while aligning with BRC requirements.* Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols and ensure compliance with BRC and industry regulations.
* Monitor productionschedules, resource allocation, and inventory levels to optimize operations while meeting BRC criteria.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement in line with BRC standards.* Previous experience in food manufacturing or related industry.
* Proven track record of successful man management and team development.
* Strong understanding of BRC standards and their implementation within a food manufacturing setting.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures.
* Leadership skills that inspire motivation, accountability, and a positive team culture.
