This is a Monday - Friday days only. You will be joining an Irish owned, establish (20 years) company where your opinion will count, and where you will grow your career organically. This person will be reporting to production manager,managing 15/20 people on day shift
* Maintain health & safety requirements
* Create a culture that drives safe and efficient production which meets the requirements for quality, delivery and total costs within the production area.
* Monitor, deliver andreport against Site Metrics and KPI's
* Lead continuous improvements efforts through employee engagement
