Leading and developing a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Ensuring successful and timely manufacturing output, meeting production targets and delivering orders on schedule.
Overseeing compliance with Health, Safety,and Hygiene (HSE) standards to create a safe and hygienic work environment. Implementing best practices and process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and resolve challenges.
Maintaining accurate production records and documentation.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have:Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and the ability to drive efficiency. Excellent people management and team development skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to documentation and compliance. Dedication to maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment. A track record of meeting or exceeding production targets.
