Description:
Our client, based in Clonakilty, requires a Quality Supervisor Manager, due to succession planning. This is a days only quality manager job in West Cork, but does require flexibility on start time, early and late start time.
You will bejoining an award winning, home grown company where you will be managing a team of 7 people in the quality team.
Do you have experience with BRC audits?
Do you have quality management experience gained in a food production factory in the EU?
Do you havea formal degree qualification?
Your duties will include:
* Manage Product Quality
* Ensure Quality systems are implemented and maintained to meet BRC requirements.
* Co- ordination of the quality management review
* Maintenance and compliance ofthe HACCP, TACCP/VACCP system.
* Liaise with customers on product quality queries & specifications.
* Ensure Plant & product compliance with DAFM & Food Safety Authority licensing requirements.
* Manage / Support any product/ site incidents as part of the crisis management team to ensure only safe product is available to the consumer.
