My client is an executive search boutique who are split into two halves - financial services (fund management, researchand private equity) and Industrials (key areas; property, infrastructure, energy and utilities). The business is performing very well and last year the group annual revenue was over £5m. This business are a collection of very experienced search professionals, they are a down to earth, credible and have a strong reputation.
They are looking for a fee earner who has the capability of winning their own search work and are capable of doing £250 - £400kpa. This individual could sit within Corporate Finance, Private Equity UK, Technology, Insurance, FS generally or HR.
This business are part of a professional services group and have a sister business who operate separately. They share the same beliefs and values which allows them to provide their clients with a much broader solutions. As a well-established boutique search firm, this broader product offering enables the business to stand out from the competition whilst giving the team a platform to market that regularly competes against some of the muchlarger firms. They have a culture which encourages cross selling allow further leverage.
