Stock and Admin Manager (Full-time, Permanent) Location: Clondalkin,Dublin
Are you a skilled and motivated professional with a passion for accurate inventory management and operational excellence? We are seeking a Stock and Admin Manager to join our client's team in Dublin. As a Stock and Admin Manager, you will play avital role in ensuring the seamless flow of our distribution centre operations while maintaining an efficient stock managementprocess.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate maintenance of the DC stock file and optimise 'in full' performance.
* Manage outside storage facilities to meet DC demand and auditing requirements.
* Maintain safety stock levels across chambers within the DC.
* Collaborate with Planning to set manageable stock levels.
* Enhance pick tours for operational efficiency andsafety.
* Lead inventory counts, including new product introductions.
* Improve WMOS processes and act as system champion.* Manage the DC D&D account and analyse damages.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support health and safety practices.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a fast-moving distribution environment, preferably in food.* Strong organisational and planning skills.
* People management abilities.
* Passion for health and safety.
* Demonstrated commitment to service and cost targets.
* Innovative problem solver.
* Proficiency in WMOS; JDE/ERP experience preferred.* Computer literacy.
