Position Overview: As a Technical Administrator/Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing maintenance activities using your extensive CMMS knowledge. You will also play a pivotal role in our risk assessment processes, helping us identify and mitigate potential challenges. Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize your in-depth CMMSexperience to maintain and enhance our maintenance management system, ensuring seamless operations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive risk assessment strategies.
* Perform risk assessments on various projects and processes, identifying potential hazards and proposing effective risk mitigation plans.
* Assist in the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to maintenance activities and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Technical Administrator/Planner with a strong focus on CMMS.
* In-depth knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and the ability to leverage CMMS software effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform thorough risk assessments.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
