Warehouse Operations Manager (Temp: 6-12+ month FTC -Full Time) Location: Clondalkin Dublin
My client a well known logistics, storage and transport company is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager on a 6-month temporary basis in Dublin. The role will involve leading daily warehouse activities, ensuringefficiency and safety.
Responsibilities:
* Drive performance within budget limits.
* Manage team, balancing operationsand projects.
* Optimise resources for changing needs.
* Champion Health and Safety.
* Foster innovation and quality.
*Oversee audits for improvements.
* Lead Reverse Logistics and Hygiene operations.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years in fast-paced distribution centre (preferably food related)
* Proficiency in warehouse management systems.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Passion for Health and Safety.
* Innovative mindset with attention to detail.
Requirements:
* Proficient in MS computer packages.
* Conduct interviews and manage performance.
* Experience in union environments (desirable).

Details:
* Salary: €55,000 - €60,000 PA.
* Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
