These skin folds can be deep in nature and can be treated exceptionally well using dermal filler. The filler of choice would be one that is hyaluronic acid based and following injection, results last up to 12-months. With nasolabial folds, filler can be injected using a cannula (a blunt needle) or a smaller sharp needle. Both techniques provide equally as effective results.
