I am a hypnotherapist who specialises in Cognitive Hypnotherapy which is a very effective treatment for anxiety, stress, phobias and habits. I have had great success with this approach both with individuals and groups. I offer both face-to-face sessions in Bristol and also Skype/telephone sessions for people who are not able to travel.
