Description:
30 hour week - HSE Clerical Officer - Tullamore
The post holder will work (30 hours per week) initially 9-4pm daily (Monday to Friday).
The Role:
* Preparation of payroll timesheets weekly for staff and forwarding to payroll office with in deadline.
* Answering payroll/HR queries onannual leave, parental leave, toil etc
* Logging travel on excel database and forwarding to payroll.
* Logging all equipment orders on database.
* Logging referrals on database and pulling old files, filing away discharged files
* Maintaining efficient filing system including archiving
* Preparing and looking after leave sheets, HR forms and personnel files
* Maintaining a working knowledge of HSE policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Previous accounts / payroll experience essential* Previous clerical, data processing experience is essential
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Excellent working knowledge of MS Work, MS Excel, Outlook.
* Attention to detail and accuracy essential
* Good record management and Organisation skills
* Ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
* Adherence to deadlines
